In this video I'll review the LEKATO Wireless Guitar System with Charging Box and compare it to the Sonicake, Vox AC30, and Valeton Rushead Max to find the best guitar headphone amp. Hi I'm Yosom here with the four best practice headphone amps
0:03
I've tried all of these and then some and these are four of the best ones that I've seen in different categories
0:09
You have like these classic ones here, the Fox AC30, which is quite cool
0:14
It has four effects that you can choose and also a clean setting and you can select the gain, the volume and the tone right here
0:21
And it has an auks in. All of these have auks ins so you can listen to music as well as playing on your headphones
0:30
And then you have the Sonic Cake US Classic which is a similar amp to the Vox AC30
0:50
It also has a volume tone and gain knob right here and you can turn the effects on or off
0:56
But you only have a reverb effect on this one. So you can't select any of the other effects that this one has like a chorus, a reverb or a delay
1:05
So this Fox AC30 is a little bit more flexible. It also has a handy plug that you can twist around so you can still see what you looking at when plugging this into your guitar And this US classic from Sonic Cake is just a rigid plug so it also a little less flexible Though this US Classic one I like the distortion sound just a little bit better than from this
1:36
Fox AC. I like the clean sound of this Fox AC a lot better than the US Classic one so if you're into
1:42
a little reverb or chorus and you want the class. then this Fox AC 30 is a great one and if you're into just a little bit more gain
1:49
than the US Classic is also a great one then we have the two more modern ones
1:55
the rush head from Velaton or Veilton this is the most flexible in the guitar
2:01
sound the also the plug is rigid so you can't move this so it's just a block
2:06
here on the side of your guitar but you get a lot of extra options here
2:11
because you get a few cool effects that you can turn on our off like a chorus a tremolo and a flanger which is pretty cool and you can set the type of
2:20
amp that you want a clean amp a overdrive amp and a distortion amp which you can all set with the
2:26
gain level and then you also can set like the delay the reverb or delay and reverb on these effects but the cool thing for this rush head is that you can select the ambience level right here on the knob so you can turn that up or down and then you get a little more of the effect or a little less so with all of the other ones even this one that get into in a minute
2:49
from locato with all of the other amps you just get effects or not it's just the same level
2:54
but with this one you can blend it in a little so you have a little bit more fine-grained control
3:01
over what you're listening to. Now you also have a level and a tone right here and you
3:06
can also set the gain on this one so this has a lot more flexibility than those
3:11
classic ones but also it's a little bit of more of a modern tone and you really
3:15
can get some great distortion out of this one. So this one sounds really distorted and really even almost metal-like through your headphones
3:39
which is pretty great and this one also has an ox in
3:43
So that's pretty cool. And then the last one from a locato, this one is really more modern
3:48
You also have this plug which can twist around so you can plug this into your guitar and move around it a little So you can always see this you have a volume level right here But this one also has Bluetooth So you can connect this with your phone or something else
4:03
And you don't have to put in a cable to listen to music while you're playing
4:07
So you can play along with music on your headphones via Bluetooth, which is also pretty cool
4:12
And also has a few extra effects here. You can set it to clean, to overdrive, to chorus, to distortion and to wah
4:18
This is the only one that has a wah effect, which is also pretty cool. and I think the sound of this one is also really pretty cool
4:24
You don't have any settings on this besides the volume level which you can set
4:30
So it's just like these five different types of effects that you can listen to
4:35
You can't really turn any knobs here. But I still think that these sounds are pretty cool and are really useful
4:50
So I think maybe this one or the Rush Hat Max are my two favorite ones and then for a more classic tone I'd recommend the Fox AC30
5:06
So I enjoy testing out all of these headphone amps and I hope this has helped you in making your choice in what type of headphone amp is best for you and your guitar
